You should aim to get your car serviced every year or according to your manufacturer’s specified service schedule.

It is important to have this done even if you do not cover many miles each year.

Simply put, if you maintain your car, then it will maintain you – what i mean by this is that a regularly serviced vehicle is less likely to break down on you & in most cases is more economical as well.

I would also recommend that if you have your car serviced just once a year that you have it inspected in between servicing, just to ensure that you get the best out of your vehicle.

You should also check your tyre pressure regularly as incorrect pressures will increase fuel consumption.
