Hi, my name is Stuart.
Let me tell you a little about myself, I started off in local garages & after 10 years I decided it was time for a change, I became an AA patrolman & enjoyed this career for a further 3 years. From there I went back into a garage to run a new workshop for one of surrey’s biggest franchised dealerships. I then decided, why not cut out the middle man & offer a service direct to my customers at a fraction of the cost that dealerships are charging, so in 2012 I opened the doors to Fix Any Car.
People have asked, “what is the main benefit for me to come to you”
There are multiple reasons for this:
- Communication – I have always & will always communicate in easy to understand talks with my customers, keeping them informed & getting authorization prior to carrying out any additional work.
- The convenience factor – 1 of the biggest hassles with having work carried out on your car is having to drop the car off & then waiting to hear when you can go & pick it up. With Fix Any Car, I can collect your vehicle from either your home or place of work & then deliver back to you once the agreed work has been completed, free of charge (within the local area).
- You will always see the same friendly face – Some garages have a staff change every month so you cannot get to know the people who are looking after your vehicle, are they trustworthy, do they know their job. you can rest assured that I am Friendly, Knowledgeable & most of all, Trust & Honesty is what I pride myself on.
- The cost – Some garages now charge a staggering £280.00 per hour on their labour!. The average labour rate in this area is approximately £120.00 per hour!. I charge just £75.00 per hour which, I think you will agree, is a massive saving in itself. Where ever possible I try to stick to the I.C.M.E labour times so any charges are fair.
